You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in to text messages and using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Consultations and engagements are arranged by mutual agreement. To schedule, reschedule, or cancel a consultation, contact us at (913) 440-0672. Project and service terms are set out in the applicable service agreement.

SMS Terms — Strategy New Media

  1. Program description: Strategy New Media sends follow-ups, consultation reminders, and account and campaign notifications via SMS to customers who have opted in. Message frequency: approximately 2-4 messages per month.
  2. Opt-out instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you receive messages from.
  3. Opt-out confirmation: Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.
  4. Re-join instructions: To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages.

  6. Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  7. Data rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Payment

Payment terms are governed by the applicable service agreement or invoice provided to you.
